The Japanese gaming company Nintendo announced that it will launch a Switch cloud saves in September to provide users with the ability to safely store game data.

But unfortunately, the new service will not be available for free to users, as the "Nintendo Switch Online" will only be available to users who spend $ 20 on games annually, making it the first paid service in the company's history.

This service will be available as of September 2018, the company said it would be very useful for users to maintain and retrieve their data in case they were lost under any circumstances.

The cloud switch will certainly be available for games that play online, so Nintendo has put an initial list of games to be included in the service:

  • Balloon Fight
  • Donkey Kong
  • Mario
  • Ice Climber
  • The Legend of Zelda
  • Mario Bros.
  • Soccer
  • Super Mario Bros.
  • Super Mario Bros. 3
  • Tennis
